Established in February of 1974, Dong Ding Tea Production Cooperative Agency focuses on the production and cooperative sales of Dong Ding Tea, helping to ensure product quality and distinction.

The plantation area is around 2,000 hectares, with an annual production of 1,200 metric tons. While Dong Ding Tea is mainly sold in the domestic market, a small portion of the business is targeted towards overseas sales.

A partially-fermented tea, Dong Ding tea leaves are dark green and tightly curled. The infusion produced is a clear honey-yellow and boasts a sweet finish. Highly fragrant with a full-bodied flavor, this tea is truly one of the island’s treasures.

Awarded ISO 9002 certification in 2000, this Cooperative is committed to product development and quality control. At present, the cooperative actively promotes Dong Ding tea in China, with the hope of greatly increasing its success.
