The global market for digital facilities, products, applications, services, and manufacturing has grown significantly in recent years. The outbreak of the COVID-19 has further generated a global surge in demand for digital presence and boost the spread of information through social media supplies because of the travel bans between countries.
As the cold chain industries in Indonesia are in urgent need of a modern cold chain system, TAITRA has launched "2020 Taiwan Trade Mission for Cold Chain Industry to Jakarta, Indonesia" in mid-October. In response to rapid growth of demand for cold chain technical services, TAITRA will hold Taiwan's New Southbound Cold Chain Seminar with Indonesia Cold Chain Association (ICCA). This seminar aims to introduce the latest trend of cold chain and demonstrate related IT systems, hardware equipment, and technological services in Taiwan. The following one-on-one meetings and on-site visits are held to enhance partnership opportunities and strengthen the links among Taiwanese companies, Indonesia’s traders, agents, and local agricultural and aquatic product suppliers.
The events help local businesses and relevant organizations to understand Taiwan’s cold chain advantages and development plans by promoting networking between Taiwanese and Indonesian companies.
