RemaDays Warsaw: Poland’s leading printing, advertising trade show

March 23-25 witnessed the 17th edition of the RemaDays Warsaw 2022 trade show, the biggest Polish advertising and printing festival, attracting some 10,000 professionals and enthusiasts at Ptak Warsaw Expo exhibition center.
The motto of the latest event is “KreaTywni. Open to Novelty.” The categories included Gifts & Textile (advertising gifts and textiles, packaging and graphic arts production), Sign & Visual (visual and illuminated advertising, advertising media, POS media and equipment for sales outlets) and Tech & Print (technologies, machines and materials for printing, graphics and advertisement production). The three-day event hosted 483 exhibitors, and was attended by 10,000 visitors, including 1,700 from 43 foreign countries.
The annual event welcomes manufacturers and distributors of advertising and printing industry to present their products, technologies and latest achievements. Two large halls were filled with numerous booths shelfing a plethora of products, as well as printing machinery exhibits. One could take part in machinery workshops and observe the production process and the potential use of various equipment from printing sector.
Hall F also provided two conference rooms for RemaCongress, a three-day series of lectures. Among the lecturers was well-known Polish trainer, negotiator and YouTuber Krzysztof Sarnecki (“The wheel redefined – or relationship marketing – who is it worth to be for the customer?”). Other topics included Wojciech Wrociński’s “More than a gadget or how to give happiness and support your company’s activities”, Ted Gifted’s Niina Farjaszewska’s “International customer success – meeting the agile expectations in the promotional product industry”, as well as KELLER’s Jakub Witczak’s “Your product as an object of desire. How to make the print perfect?”. Lecturers would share their knowledge and experience on the issues of advertising, marketing, printing and many others, through 25 lectures in total.
The event also conducts the award ceremonies in few categories. On the first day, the organizers (GJC International) announced winners for “Medal for Innovations” and “Crowns of Advertising” contests. The prizes were awarded in 4 categories: “Manufacturer of promotional gifts” (1st prize: A.S.S.-3 BIURO EXPORTU IMPORTU I MARKETINGU EWA SKOCZEŃ), “Importer of promotional gifts” (1st prize: ASGARD SP Z O.O.), “Technology” (1st prize: ASTAT SP. Z O.O.) and “Out&InDoor” (1st prize: ADSYSTEM SP. Z O.O).
The second day welcomed the last vote casting in the “Gifts of the Year” and “Catalogue of the Year” competition. Contrary to the previous contest, these prizes were awarded by the visitors themselves, becoming a symbol of quality and the distinguishable offer on the advertisement market. The winners were announced on the last exhibition day.
In the first category nine companies were awarded in three categories: Top Idea (1st place: THEONEGROUP.PL), Top Fun (1st place: ANTYHACKER) and Top Design (1st place: POLSKI SPICHLERZ. SP. Z O.O.). The “Catalogue of the Year” first award was shared among seven companies: PAR BAKUŁA SPÓŁKA JAWNA, MODERN FORMS, AXPOL TRADING,A.S.S.-3 BIURO EXPORTU IMPORTU I MARKETINGU EWA SKOCZEŃ, RASCAL INDUSTRY, LIMEBOX and CRUX.
In summary, the event was very successful. It enjoyed a large number of visitors as well as significant pool of awards in many categories, not to mention industry knowledge shared during numerous discussion panels. The next version of RemaDays Warsaw is scheduled for March, 2023, without confirmed specific dates.
