Leroy Merlin, a retailer specializing in construction, decoration and gardening, has successfully completed the renovation process of its flagship store in the Colosseum Shopping Park, an endeavor supported by an investment of 3.5 million euros. The transformation of the Leroy Merlin Colosseum store marks an important moment for the French retailer, bringing together a variety of customized products and services, with the aim of simplifying the furnishing projects of Bucharest residents.
Moreover, with the new "face" and the expanded portfolio, the number of customers of the store would increase by up to 15% by 2024, and the turnover by 15-20%, boosted by online or telephone orders.
Leroy Merlin Colosseum has brought to life a new concept, where the people of Bucharest and beyond have at their disposal an extensive range of products, from tools and construction materials, to decorations and gardening solutions.
Following the remodeling, the districts were grouped into several categories, including project - consisting of kitchen and sanitary facilities; decorative and technical - with tools and electrical solutions; but also, the area dedicated to landscaping the garden. Also, tradesmen and professionals can benefit from a separate entrance to the technical area, and the DRIVEIN one still allows access with your own car to be able to purchase the desired construction materials more easily and quickly.
Along with the new changes, the product range has been improved, and the areas of sanitary ware, tiles and tiling, as well as those of decoration, arrangement and storage, paint, carpentry and garden have been expanded and now include several product variants, aligned to both customer needs, as well as the requirements of sustainable development. At the same time, customers have access to complete projects dedicated to kitchen and bathroom furniture, but also to the custom order service for PVC windows, which allows products according to the desired sizes and colors.
In addition, the store also offers the goods withdrawal service for a varied selection of heavy products such as tiles, tiling, parquet, kitchens and sanitary ware. Thus, after the desired products have been selected, they will be transported by Leroy Merlin employees directly to the customer's car.
Among the additional services that can be found in the Leroy Merlin Colosseum offer are Reserve and Pick up in 2 hours, 365-day return based on the customer card, Delivery at home or on site, Financing, Free mixing for paint, Wood cutting, 3D Configurator for the kitchen, Windows to order and Rental of tools.
The store in the Colosseum Commercial Park is located on Chitilei Road, number 284-286 and will remain open from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 21:00 , respectively on Sundays between 08:00 and 20:00. Starting from November 6, on Sundays, the store will operate according to the winter schedule, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
